Communion

1 Corinthians 11:26-30 - For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till He come. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. For he that eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

(First, this says we are supposed to continue to do this drinking of the wine and bread in memory of Jesus until He returns in His second coming. Second, there is a WARNING for those that do this...DO NOT take this warning lightly. If you do not believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, please do not take communion because there are penalties for doing this as you see eateth and drinketh damnation, many are weak and sickly and sleep...sleep meaning die. Make sure your right with God before taking communion and do not take it lightly. We always do a prayer to ourselves quietly as we wait to take communion, to thank Him for Jesus' sacrifice and think on the severity of what happened and the miracle of a second life after death because of His conquering death on the cross. )

Matthew 26:26-29 - And as they were eating Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.
